Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the fc25 platform via fc25.biz or our mobile app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use fc25 services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and fc25. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who are below the minimum age required by local law are not permitted to register or use this platform.

Account Creation & Security

To use fc25 services, you are required to register an account by providing complete, accurate, and current information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. fc25 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. User Responsibilities in Account Management

Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration
Never share your password with anyone
Notify fc25 if there is any unauthorised access to your account

Platform Terms of Use

Fc25 users are required to use the platform in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. Any attempt to cheat, manipulate the system, or exploit technical vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure without compensation.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: using automated software (bots) to manipulate games or bets; attempting to hack or disrupt fc25 systems; identity fraud; sharing accounts with other individuals; or using the platform for money laundering purposes. fc25 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual who violates these rules.

All activities on the platform are subject to monitoring by fc25 systems to ensure compliance with these terms. Users found engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activity may be investigated, and their accounts may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the fc25 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported payment methods, including FPX and DuitNow. fc25 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate and belong to them. Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts, and the account holder's name must match the name registered on the fc25 account. fc25 shall not be liable for any delays or failed transactions resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user.

However, fc25 does not guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, errors, or defects. fc25 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, including data loss, financial loss, or other damages arising from use of the platform, technical disruptions, or system unavailability.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and materials found on the fc25 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of fc25 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from fc25.

Third-Party Links

The fc25 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. fc25 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

Fc25 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Account suspension may be carried out without prior notice in cases involving the security of the platform or other users. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of these terms are not entitled to any compensation.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the fc25 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed in accordance with the prevailing withdrawal policy.

Changes to These Terms

Fc25 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
